DanZQuest Student Registration Form

Click on the link to download the Virtual Waiver for all "zoom" participants. If you are doing virtual classes both registration forms will be needed for information purposes.
Registering for dance classes on line, please follow the steps below.
1. View fall dance schedule and pick out your class or classes. View our policies, shoe/apparel & COVID-19 guidelines.
2. Print out a registration form needed, fill it out and mail it to the studio or email/scan it back to me with your classes and information. Please let us know if you are going to do classes in the studio or "Live Stream". A "Live Stream" invite is needed and our "Live Stream" is not running for classes that do not have students attending. A registration form is needed before any student can start dance.
3. View tuition rates for fees (tuition is due by the 10th of each month). A $25 registration fee is due per student.
4. Use our pay on line link to pay by the 10th of each month ($2.00 processing fee needs to be added per transaction), mail payment to the studio or call during normal business hours to pay over the phone. If you need help with classes, email us at danzquest100@gmail.com.
